This is an Action Replay App for the Wii.
Check this video on how to download and do it.
Things you will need.
1. The Homebrew Channel installed on your Wii
2. An SD card for use with the Homebrew Channel
3. At least one 3rd Party Gamecube Memory card. The official AR card also works.
4. A Gamecube controller.
5. Internet on your Wii

Q: Can I use an official Nintendo memory card?
A: No, the AR won't recognize it, and ask you to put in the Action Replay hardware. It only works with 3rd party cards.
Q: AR fails to start...?
A: Just turn your Wii off for a couple seconds and try again. If that doesn't work, try putting your SD card back into your Wii and load it.
Q: I couldn't install the MIOS patcher! What do I do??!?!1?one1!1!!
A: There's a second MIOS installer in the package.
Q: Does this work with official gamecube discs?
A: Yes.
Q: Does this work with burned games?
A: Not sure, most likely.

So what does this do exactly? Does it give you a bunch of gamecube games or do you have to load them on manually?

You can use this to cheat on your GCN games.
